EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-
- A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. (AND / OR)
- M.Ch. for surgical Superspecialities and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent.
- A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
AGE LIMIT:-
- Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor- Not exceeding 56 years
- Age Relaxation as per govt rules, 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, 05 years for Government employees.

- For Unreserved / OBC / EWS category candidates application fees is Rs 1000/-
- For SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women Candidates of any community are exempted from paying application fees.
SALARY:-
- Professor:- Level 14-A, Minimum Pay of Rs 1,68,900/- per month.
- Associate Professor:- Level 13-A1, Minimum Pay of Rs 1,38,300/- per month.
- Assistant Professor:- Level 12, Minimum Pay of Rs 1,01,500/- per month.
- Additional Professor:- Level 13-A2, Minimum Pay of Rs 1,48,200/- per month.
