Post wise eligibility Criteria :

1. Forester Grade-I – Graduation in any discipline.
2. Forest Guard – 12th Pass or equivalent.
3. AFPF Constable – 10th Pass from a recognized Board.
4. Driver Constable – 10th Pass with valid driving license for LMV/ MMV/ HMV.
5. Driver – 10th Pass with valid driving license for LMV/ MMV/ HMV.
6. Cook – 7th Pass or maximum qualification is 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
7. Water Carrier /Dhobi /Barber/ Peon/ Dak Runner /Jugali  – 8th Pass or maximum qualification is 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
8. Pump Operator – 10th Pass and Trade Certificate / License holder.
9. Electrician/ Plumber – 10th Pass and ITI in relevant trade.

Age Limit :

1. For AFPF Constable & Driver Constable : 18 to 25 Years.
2. For others post : 18 to 40 Years.

Relaxation of Age : As per Assam state govt norms.

Pay scale : Basic pay Rs.12000/- to Rs.60500/- + Grade pay.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS:

A) For the posts of Forester Grade I & Forest Guards

• Height (Minimum) Male/Female :
  • a) Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC 163 cm 150 cm
  • b) ST (H)/ ST (P) 153 cm 145 cm
• Chest (Only for men) Normal/ Expanded
  • 79 cm/84 cm
• B) For the posts of AFPF Constable, Driver Constable & Driver
  • Height (Minimum) Male/Female :
    • Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC 162.56 cm 154.94 cm
    • ST(H)/ ST(P) 160.02 cm 152.40 cm
• Chest (Only for men) Normal Expanded
  • Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC/ST(P) 80 cm 85 cm
  • ST(H) 78 Cm 83 Cm
