ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

• Assistant:- Assistant of the Central Secretariat Service/ Upper Division Clerks of the Central Secretariat Clerical Service/Upper Division Clerks of the Income Tax Department and various directorates under the Central Board of Direct Taxes with five years of regular service in the grade (period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years) can apply for this position.
• Court Master:- Court Master of Tribunals or Commissions under the Central Government in the same grade or Upper Division Clerks of the Central Secretariat Service or Tribunal or commissions under the Central Government with five years of regular service in the grade can apply for this position.
• Upper Division Clerk:- Upper Division Clerk of the Central Secretariat Clerical Services or directorate under CBDT with eight years of regular service in the grade (period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years) or Lower Division Clerks of the Central Secretariat Clerical Services or directorate under CBDT with eight years of regular service in the grade can apply for this position.

• Assistant:- Pay scale is PB-2: Rs. 9300-34800 + GP-4200 (Pay Level-6 in the scale Rs. 35400 or equivalent.
  
• Court Master:- Pay scale is PB-1: Rs. 5200-20200 + GP-2800 (Pay Level-5 in the scale Rs. 29200 or equivalent.
  
• Upper Division Clerk:- Pay scale is PB-1: Rs. 5200-20200 + GP-2400 (Pay Level-4 in the scale Rs. 25500-81100 or equivalent).
