EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-

• Programme Manager (Human Resource Management):- Candidates must have PG in HR Management & Analytic (PGP – HRA)/ PG Program in HR Management/ PG in Personnel Management.
• Programme Manager:- Candidates must have PG in Information Technology/ Computer Applications/ Computer Science/ Engineering in Technology.
• Junior Consultant:- Candidates must have PG in Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration or related disciplines – additional qualification on Statistics,
• Programme Manager Audits & Accounts:- Candidates must have PG in Commerce with tally. Must have obtained an aggregate of 55%marks.
• District Social Audit Resource Person:- Candidates must have Graduate or PG Degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public
  Administration or related disciplines.
• Block Social Audit Resource Person:- Candidates must have Graduate in Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration or related disciplines.
• Village Social Audit Resource Person:- Candidates must have 10th Pass with average scores of 45 % and above. Active SHG member or a JCH holder/ MGNREGA Worker.

SALARY:-

• Programme Manager /Junior Consultant:- Candidates will get Rs 35000/- per month.
• Programme Manager Audits & Accounts:- Candidates will get Rs 30000/- per month.
• District Social Audit Resource Person:- Rs 24000/- per month.
• Block Social Audit Resource Person:– Candidates will get Rs 12000/- per month.
• Village Social Audit Resource Person:– Candidates will get Rs 1200 Per Village
