It is desirable for the applicant to have a post-graduate diploma or degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management or a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/Programme in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from a recognized university/institution. Additionally, the candidate should have at least five years of cumulative experience or exposure in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations during the last ten years in an organization/establishment.
