EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

• Manager (Hydro Civil Construction)– Applicant should have Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks. 
• Manager (Hydro Civil Design)- Applicant should have Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks. 
• Manager (Renewable Energy)- Applicant should have Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electrical / Electronics / E&C discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks. 
• Manager (Business Planning & Development)– Applicant should have Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in any engineering discipline with MBA from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks. Knowledge of Business Analytics tools will be an added advantage 
• Manager (Chemistry)– Applicant should have Full Time M.Sc in Chemistry discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks. 
• Manager (O&M)– Applicant should have Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production / C&I / Electronics / E&C discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks. 

AGE LIMIT:- Upper age limit 45 years

PAY SCALE:- Basic pay of Rs. 80,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 80,000-3%-2,20,000 (IDA).

SELECTION PROCEDURE:-

• The selection of candidate will be on the basis of experience in the respective field and performance in the interview.
• Candidates will be shortlisted as per the ratio of 1:5.
• Personal Interview will be conducted for all eligible candidates.
• However, if the number of eligible applicants to the number of vacancies for the post is in excess of the ratio 1:5, the number of candidates will be restricted for Personal Interview on the basis of academic record and experience

APPLICATION FEES:- Candidate belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category are required to pay non-refundable registration fee Rs. 600 (Rs Six Hundred Only) through online mode.The SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates (THDCIL Employees only) need not pay the Registration fee.
